Bowls Auckland is delighted to announce the Performance Team Management Structure for the 2025–2026 season — and we’re officially calling for applications for all performance roles!
Following the launch of our Performance Strategy in 2024 and the impressive results from last season, we’re building on that momentum to make the upcoming season even bigger. With a full calendar of events and plenty of opportunities to shine, this is your chance to help shape the future of bowls in Auckland.

Our performance programme is designed to foster a development-focused environment, underpinned by a strong, proud culture of representing Auckland at the highest level. We’re looking for passionate, forward-thinking leaders who can deliver a true performance programme — one that:
- Helps players grow technically and tactically
- Builds a tight-knit team culture
- Prepares squads to perform at their peak in competition
What’s On Offer?
We’re recruiting for team management positions across the following squads:
- Open Men
- Open Women
- 1–5 Year
- Under 26
Each squad will be supported by:
- A Head Coach / Selector
- An Assistant Coach / Selector
- A Team Manager
These roles are appointed for a two-year term, commencing on August 1, 2025.
Leading the Charge
Overseeing the entire programme will be the Performance Lead — a pivotal role that connects all squads, ensures integrated team selections, and delivers both on-green and off-green plans to a high standard.
