Celebrating the best in bowls at 2026 Annual Awards
8 July 2026

More than 210 guests booked their spot to attend the Bowls Auckland 2026 Annual Awards Luncheon at Royal Oak Bowls on Sunday 5 July to celebrate another outstanding season.

The annual event is an opportunity to reflect on the achievements, memorable performances, and dedicated people who have made an impact throughout the season. While trophies recognise excellence, the day is equally about celebrating the strength of our bowls community, with clubs from across the region gathering to support and acknowledge one another’s successes.

With more than 40 awards celebrated, the luncheon recognised excellence both on and off the green – from outstanding players and emerging talent to volunteers, administrators, officials and clubs whose commitment continues to strengthen our sport.

MC Dennis Katsanos guided the celebrations, leading guests through an afternoon of acknowledgements and presentations before the event culminated with the announcement of the prestigious Special Awards.
