START TIME
Play will commence by 9.00am, on both days.

EVENT FORMAT
The competition has two divisions 

1. Men’s & Women’s Open

• teams in this division will battle it out for the Premier title.
• winner of each section go qualify to post section 
• the winners, in both the Men’s and Women’s Open competition, will qualify for the National Interclub Finals.

2. Auckland Cup Any Combination 

• winner of each section go qualify to post section 
• winning teams will compete for the Auckland 7’s Cup.

ENTRIES
Entries are to be completed by clubs. 
Any entries received after the closing date will be put on a waitlist.

DRAW & SECTIONS
The number of sections, the number of teams per section, and the number of games played on the qualifying day will depend on the number of entries.

If clubs enter two or more sides in the same division, we will use our best endeavours to place them in different sections.

FORMAT OF SIDE
Each side will comprise seven players – one Singles player, one Pairs team, and one Fours team. Clubs may enter both Men’s and Women’s Open sides and any combination sides.

PLAYERS
Players must be full-playing members of a Bowls Auckland* affiliated club to enter.

CLOTHING
Players in a team will be in their club uniforms. This means matching coloured pants and club shirts. Logos that conflict with the event sponsor will not be permitted.

LATE ENTRIES
Any entries received after the closing date will go on a waitlist.  There is no guarantee an entry on the wait list will secure a place in the event.

ETIQUETTE
Please don’t smoke (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or vapes) or consume alcohol on the greens.
