** EVENT UPDATE **
An announcement has been issued concerning the Top 16 and Consolation events. The Top 16 will move under cover at Remuera and the Consolation matches will take place on outdoor carpets. 

TOP 16
Participants in the Top 16 will need to arrive at Remuera Bowling Club by 8:00 am, prepared for a live draw scheduled to begin at 8:10 am.

CONSOLATION
Due to the unavailability of extra covered greens, all Consolation matches will take place on outdoor carpets. Given the anticipated showers/rain in the forecast, participants are advised to be mindful of inclement weather, acknowledging that not all matches may be completed. A minimum of two games must be completed for prize money to be paid out.

Once drawn to venues and greens, each green will run independently of the other, with all decisions, including the abandonment of play made by the Umpire responsible for that green.

Conditions of Play will remain as published; however, umpires will reserve the right to shorten games before they commence, making every effort to complete the minimum two rounds.   The venue is Howick.

START TIME
Play will commence by 8:30 am each day.

East Tamaki Bowling Club

ELIGIBLE PLAYERS
Players must be full-playing members of a Bowls New Zealand affiliated club to enter.

CLOTHING
Players within a team will be in their club uniforms or matching attire.

This means matching colours and styles of pants and shirts. Logos that conflict with the event sponsor (Jarden Investments) will not be permitted.

Composite teams will wear matching shirts whether they are of one club or a neutral design and matching pants/skirts.

LATE ENTRIES
Entries remain open
Any entries received after the closing date will go on a waitlist. 
There is no guarantee an entry on the wait list will secure a place in the event.

PRIZE MONEY
Prize money will be directly credited into a nominated bank account.
