Bowls Auckland is now inviting applications for the 2025-2026 Playing Programme Committee (PPC).
The Playing Programme Committee (PPC) is a committee within Bowls Auckland responsible for developing the Calendar of Events and the accompanying Conditions of Play that guide the smooth delivery of centre events throughout the calendar.
Comprised of bowlers nominated by their clubs, the committee ensures a real ear to the ground approach. This helps Bowls Auckland stay connected to the needs of both clubs and individual bowlers, promoting a calendar that’s practical, inclusive, and enjoyable. The Committee operates on a foundation of consultation—gathering feedback, shaping recommendations, and then hands over the delivery of events to the Bowls Auckland team and officials.

The PPC is appointed annually, with the term commencing on 31 July.
